Work related stress, depression or anxiety accounted for around half of all cases of self-reported work-related ill health in Great Britain in 2022/23. * The six main causes of stress cited in a major report were similar to those given by my clients in therapy sessions: excessive demands and volume of work; lack of control and support; difficult working relationships; lack of clarity about job role and organisational change. Join this on-line masterclass to understand the cumulative impact of work-related stress and ways of preventing burnout. The masterclass is aimed at anyone who feels over-worked, overstretched or frustrated in their current role. We will use a toolkit of proven strategies to equip you with the skills to address the challenges of work-related stress. The class is an opportunity to develop your ability to learn and thrive in any situation.
The masterclass will be interspersed with relaxation practices and meditations.
Includes Certificate of Attendance for CPD.
